Outlook 2016 Update for May 2016
A Rollup Update has been released for Outlook 2016. This is a non-security update which contains 9 documented improvements and fixes.
Most notable fixes are:
- Adds “Defenders of Ukraine Day” to the Outlook holiday list for Ukraine.
- Online archive and public folders may disappear for a profile.
- Outlook immediately deletes or duplicates email messages for POP3 accounts regardless of email settings (this issue was solved for Office 365 subscribers in March).

Outlook 2013 Update for May 2016
A Rollup Update has been released for Outlook 2013. This is a non-security update which contains 8 documented improvements and fixes.
Most notable fixes are:
- Adds the In-Client Store feature in Outlook 2013 to enable users to seamlessly install and disable (web) add-ins.
- Online archive and public folders may disappear for a profile.
- When Outlook is used with Skype for Business, Outlook may crash.

Outlook 2010 Update for May 2016
A Rollup Update has been released for Outlook 2010. This is a non-security update containing a fix for the following issue:
- When you start Outlook 2010 in Office 365, Outlook displays the password dialog box that has the SMTP address as the user name. This issue occurs even if you have selected the Remember my credentials option, and the UPN differs from the SMTP address.

Outlook 2016 Update for April 2016
A Rollup Update has been released for Outlook 2016. This is a non-security update which contains 15 documented improvements and fixes. Office 365 based installations get 2 additional fixes.
Most notable fixes are:
- 6 fixes for when you connect to an Exchange server via the MAPI over HTTP protocol that deal with crashes, Public Folder connectivity and and attachment corruptions in some scenarios when connected in Online Mode.
- You can’t select multiple attachments of an email message in Outlook 2016 by pressing SHIFT.
- Profile creation fails for hidden global address list (GAL) users.
- Updates Add-in support to the current API version 1.3.
Additional fixes for Office 365 installations of Outlook 2016:
- Fix an issue where images in HTML signatures appear as gray boxes when sending new messages or replying.
- Fix an issue where the search folder for read items also shows unread items.
