Outlook 2013 Hotfix for October 2013 brings back Appointments for upcoming days in To-Do Bar

Hotfix KB2825677 for Outlook 2013
This hotfix contains fixes for 9 specific issues. Most notable fixes are;

  • Appointments for up to 7 upcoming days (when space permits it) are now displayed when you have the Calendar Peek enabled in the To-Do Bar instead of only Today’s appointments (View-> To-Do Bar-> Calendar).
    Appointments for upcoming days are now also displayed when you hover on the word “Calendar” at the bottom of your Outlook window.
  • When you mark an email message as read or unread in the Inbox folder in Outlook 2013, the position of the Inbox folder is changed in the Folder pane.
  • When your user account is in a different forest than the Exchange server, the email configuration test fails and setting an automatic reply results in the error message: “Your automatic reply settings cannot be displayed because the server is currently unavailable. Try again later.”
  • When you try to update the meeting in Outlook 2013, you receive the following error message: “Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid.”
