Cumulative Update 4 for Exchange 2016 is now available for direct download. It contains 11 documented new fixes or improvements and all previously released fixes and security updates for Exchange 2016.
Notable fixes and improvements are:
- Added: Support for .NET 4.6.2. The next CU will require this version of the .NET Framework to be installed.
- New: Refreshed new email compose experience for Outlook on the web which mirrors the current experience in Office 365.
- Required: To install Exchange 2016 on Windows Server 2016, you’ll need to have update KB3206632 installed.
- KB3199270: You can’t restore items to original folders from Recoverable Items folder in Exchange Server 2016.
