A Rollup Update has been released for Outlook 2016. This is a non-security update which contains 19 documented improvements and fixes.
Most notable fixes are:
- Holiday events updates for Turkey, Germany, China, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR and Bosnia and Herzegovina. You must remove and re-import the holidays to update them.
- User experience delays during the Autodiscover process in certain network configurations in Outlook 2016.
- Modern attachments aren’t displayed in recipients’ mailboxes.
Office 365 subscribers have also received a feature update; You can now upload your attachments directly to OneDrive or OneDrive for Business and grant Read or Edit permissions to the recipients.

Note: This update can be installed via Microsoft Update or the Update Now button when you are using Office 365 and updates Outlook to version 16.0.4510.1002 (msi-based installation) or 16.0.7870.2024 (Office 365 based installation).
