An update has been released for Outlook 2013 and can be downloaded and installed manually, but is also being offered via Microsoft Update and updated automatically for Office 365 installations.
This is actually the same update that was already released in December but missed the Patch Tuesday deadline of December and thus was not yet available via Microsoft Update nor available for Office 365 installations; It is now.
