HTML Email Archiver

HTML Email Archiver is a unique add-in for Outlook® working with all types of Microsoft® Outlook folders and used for a wide range of tasks: archiving into a platform-independent HTML format or platform-dependent CHM format, publishing Microsoft Outlook folders on the Internet, moving data from Microsoft Outlook onto other software and hardware platforms, including mobile devices.

File Send Automatically

The File Send Automatically is Microsoft Outlook add-in that allows automatic delivery of the files after the file has been changed. It is very useful if you plan to send the price-list to all your partners after you have edited it. Or do you need to send the newest version of the program for testing? File Send Automatically will help you to do it quickly and simply! This Outlook add-in tracks the specified files and sends it out to specified email addresses as soon as any changes have been applied to the file. It is also possible to set a certain delay before sending the files – this is very useful in case if the file is saved several times while editing and you don’t want an intermediate version of the file to be sent. After sending is completed, File Send Automatically can rename the files, move them to another folder or delete. Save your time with File Send Automatically!

The File Send Automatically allows you to:

save your time thanks to the automation of the sending process;
send out one or several files in one or separate messages;
archive the outgoing files;

Native POP3 Connector

Native POP3 Connector (hereafter NPC) — is an extension for Microsoft® Exchange Server 2000/2003 and Microsoft® Small Business Server 2000/2003. It is a connector or a gateway to use the terms of the aforementioned products. In this version a lot of program features have been added and all known issues from previous versions have been fixed.

NPC offers a standard solution for the problem with receiving mail through the POP3 protocol for Microsoft Exchange Server 2000/2003 and Microsoft Small Business Server 2000/2003 with Microsoft Exchange Server installed (SBS 2000/2003). NPC is a solution with an affinity to Microsoft Exchange Server 2000/2003 and SBS 2000/2003 — Connector. During the installation, the administrator has an opportunity to install a new type into the Connectors Exchange System Manager group (also available in SBS Administration Console): Native POP3 Connector. Upon installation, all administration procedures are performed in a way standard for Microsoft Exchange 2000/2003 and SBS 2000/2003 — by editing the properties of the Connector installed via Exchange System Manager.

Rules for Exchange

MAPILab Rules for Exchange is a program for creating and managing Microsoft® Exchange Server and Microsoft® Small Business Server 2000/2003 server-side rules for the processing of incoming messages. The product provides much more flexibility and functionality than server-side rules created in Microsoft Outlook. It supports all types of messages and employs a completely different technological working base.

At present, what the functional features of our product provides you with can only be achieved through ordering custom scripts for Microsoft Exchange Server. But along with its functional features, MAPILab Rules for Exchange has a number of serious advantages:

Easy-to-use. It is as easy to use the program as the Rules Wizard in Microsoft Outlook. The regular interface of the Rules Wizard allows any competent user to create and manage these rules!

Email Scheduler

If you are to send messages by scheduler often, the Email Scheduler will help you to fully automate this process. Now you can set a certain date and time to send out specific messages. Furthermore, this Outlook addin can work with the attached files, which allow you to, for example, send certain documents periodically. Do you have to send a report about the work done to the central office each Monday? Do you need to make a new price-list distribution each Monday? Easy Survey

Easy Survey is an add-in for Microsoft® Office Pro, designed for the creation and conduction of surveys.

In contrast to other survey applications, Easy Survey uses Microsoft® Access® for its form creation. It allows the user to make the survey form quickly and simply. All you have to do is create the essential tables in Microsoft Access and then the Form for the survey based on these tables. After that the Easy Survey Wizard will help you to make a “Survey Project” which you can use in Microsoft® Outlook®.

Once the “Survey Project” is created, this special add-in for Microsoft Office Pro will create an HTML message with the questionnaire which can be sent in just two mouse clicks. The respondent fills in the received form and clicks the form submitting button to return it to the sender. The same add-in will process incoming messages in Microsoft Outlook, select the ones with the survey results and input the data into the Microsoft Access table which you have created.

Not only can you distribute an HTML survey form created by the wizard via e-mail, you can also publish it on a web-site or put it on a CD. The respondents will fill in the form in their browser window, and the filled in questionnaire will be sent directly to you via e-mail with just one click.

E-mail Follow-Up

E-mail Follow-Up is an add-in for Microsoft® Outlook® that allows (and reminds you!) to send follow-up e-mail messages if a reply has not been received within a specified time-frame. E-mail Follow-Up will watch for messages and show an alert when a reply has not been sent. This add-in for Outlook also allows you to send a follow up message using a predefined template to remind the recipient that the reply hasn’t been sent.

”I wrote to them and they didn’t answer!” – this is a typical ending for many negotiations though the result could have been different if the message had been noted in time and resent or maybe even followed up with a telephone call.

Now E-mail Follow-Up will follow up the messages left without a reply instead of you, and not only remind you about such messages but offer you to send a Follow-Up template message to remind the user that a reply hasn’t been received yet.

This add-in for Outlook adds two buttons: “Follow-Up” and “Custom” into the toolbar of Message Editor (click the button “New e-mail message”). Using these two buttons to send a message the message can be considered to be under control. In the first case you use the default time waiting settings for the reply and the criteria according to which the program should identify the incoming message as a reply. In the second case you can adjust these settings for each message sent on an individual basis.

Possible duplicate actions

Mark with a flag — the duplicate will be marked with a flag;
Remove the flag — the flag will be removed;
Move to a folder… — the duplicate found will be moved to the duplicate folder specified below;
Copy to folder… — the duplicate found will be copied to the duplicate folder;
Copy to folder and mark with a flag… — the duplicate will be copied to the duplicate folder and marked with a flag in its current location.
